Oh, how I've missed you my own little piece of the web. It's been months since I've been able to sit down and write but I think I'm almost ready to let everything I've been hanging on to inside my head and heart out.
The past few months have definitely been filled with lots of ups and downs, funny sayings from the three year old and teenage issues that I'm not sure I can handle on my own. Thankfully I've got a good hold on my emotions and think I'm going to be able to pull through just fine.
So if you're reading this it means you're probably here by mistake so I'll wait as you sneak out the side door. If you're here because you really want to know what's been going on with me then welcome to/back to my world. I'm happy to have you!
I'm going to take this weekend to jot down a few of the things I want to share and will see you soon! Right now I'm going to sit back and enjoy my Mother's Day weekend.....and my new addiction, farming on Facebook! Hey, I never said I'd been doing amazing things with my time off from blogging.

Everybody needs a break, but I'm so glad to see you back again, and with a lovely new design as well!
Yay! You're back! I am not here by accident, I have been sitting on the doorstep patiently waiting for you to return, so there. And what the heck is farming on Facebook? (PS I don't understand Facebook)
Hey guys! So glad you remembered me! I couldn't take it and had to shut down the little ol blog for a little while. I'm happy to be back in the mindset of actually wanting to write again.
Farming on Facebook, LOL. I fought the notion of facebook for a long time. I had an account for a few years but never did anything with it. Since the move (more on that later) I've been homesick and feeling out of the loop so I decided to build my page and add friends. I've reconnected with tons of people I went to high school and college with and just others I'm met along the way. It's wonderful to actually talk to people!
The farming I do is on an application called Farm Town. Facebook has tons of quizzes such as "Which Peanuts Character are you" and other things. You answer questions and it randomly comes up with an answer. That answer posts up on your page as well as your friends. At that point they can take it or just point, laugh and leave comments about how true it is that you are so and so. I'm Sally by the way and my Redneck Barbie name is Disgruntled Barbie, LMAO!
Farm Town is a sort of like Sims but on a much smaller scale. You have a plot of land and you plow it and plant seeds and hire workers to harvest it and you harvest for others. The more you harvest the more stuff you get to build your farm. It's highly addictive!
Anywho, that's been my favorite past time the past month or so...not necessarily the farming but playing on facebook. I highly recommend it!
Hey DeeDee! Welcome back! I kept checking.
I'm a FarmTown Addict too!
I now have 2 blogs - one for the baby, and one for me (cause of drama from my DH's family when I was teasing my BIL about how he ran out of the room when I was breastfeeding, and he got really offended that I put it on the web, BLAH BLAH BLAH), so feel free to check them out.
Welcome back, DeeDee! I missed you!! Love the new design!
Welcome back! :-)
